The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows: " S. B. 387 - A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §24F-1-3a, relating to the opportunity to install certain deceased veterans' grave markers . "
